CURRENT RATES

COTTAGE IS SERVICED FOR TWO PEOPLE ON ARRIVAL:

Rooms serviced on arrival includes fresh linen, towels, soap and shampoo. As well there is-tea/coffee and milk in fridge.

Due to the large number of restaurants nearby you have several:- COST EFFECTIVE CHOICES:

Stay with Service and Continental Breakfast:- $225 per night for 2. Costs are for a double bedroom. Linen is changed every fourth day. (A double sofa-bed can be arranged. Each extra person:- $50 per night with serviced & Breakfast)

Stay without Service or continental Breakfast:- $186 per night. Costs are for a double bedroom for two people. (A double sofa-bed can be arranged in the living room) - additional fee per person applies (max 2 extra)

Towels exchange is $10 each

Dates need to be confirmed before paying deposit.

PLEASE ADVISE YOUR ANTICIPATED ARRIVAL TIME AND DEPARTURE TIME. When possible early check in and late check out will be aimed for. Otherwise check in time will be after 2pm CST. Checkout before 11am CST.

AS WELL! there is a gas BBQ in the courtyard, available during winter with a 'ALL WEATHER' awning installed!! Please advise when booking if BBQ use is required.

"Some people have antiques or vintage cars for pleasure, Jeffrey Wheare has a settlers cottage with a lot of history, right in the hart of Adelaide. "I was working at the Mercury Cinema when the venue ceased operating as a full time 'Art House' " he says "and a change of career saw me open up my old cottage as a bed and breakfast." That was 2004, and he has been enjoying his second career ever since.
